Sarah Gresty
Sarah has worked in financial services for over 25 years. She was first introduced to Doorstep Library in 2020 when she worked on a project organised via the charity pilotlight to look at the move to online delivery of services.
Robert Barr
Rob is an experienced public sector finance professional with a broad track record of success at senior level including work in education, corporate governance, and housing. Before his recent retirement, Rob worked in senior education finance roles for 25 years most recently as the Director of Finance and Resources at St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College.
Ariana Musiol Poole
Ariana is a senior fundraiser at the Foundling Museum with a focus on individual philanthropy, with expertise in communications, appeals, and strategic planning.
Peter Warwick
Peter is a highly experienced HR professional having worked in a variety of roles in local authorities and, latterly, higher education. Before his recent retirement he held the role of Director of Policy and Employee Relations at University College London (UCL).
Susu Ali
Susu is a dedicated education professional with a strong background in supporting local communities. As a former school governor, Su has extensive experience in governance, education policy, and ensuring the best outcomes for students. Additionally, she serves as an Air Quality Ambassador, advocating for environmental health and sustainability within schools and neighbourhoods.
With a passion for promoting literacy and a love for reading multilingual books, Su brings a unique perspective to fostering inclusive educational environments. Her commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement makes her a valuable asset to the trustee board.
Laura Chesover
Laura is the Schools Programme Manager at the British Library where she and her team welcome more than 22,000 students and teachers each year with a particular focus on reading for pleasure and information literacy. She is a member of the Wandle English Hub Strategic Board and sits on the steering groups for the Camden Every Child a Reader initiative and the Camden Libraries’ Camden Reading Together Strategy.
Dushi Horti
Dushi has a decade of experience in the publishing industry, and currently works as a freelance fiction editor and copywriter. She was previously a commissioning editor at HarperCollins.
