Monica is Head of Delivery and Engagement and is responsible for our service delivery and volunteer engagement teams. Monica has over 22 years of management experience in charities and the early years sector. She has worked for Sure Start Children, Family Centres, and a range of charities including Mencap, Refuge UK, and Voluntary Action Westminster.
Monica has been passionate about reading since childhood and loves unwinding with a good book and a cup of tea.
Monica’s favourite children’s book is: ‘Paddington’ by Michael Bond.
