Olivia leads the Volunteer Engagement Team and has strategic responsibility for the recruitment and management of volunteers for both online and home reading programmes. Olivia’s has several years of volunteer management working across different educational charities including IntoUniversity and City Year. Olivia is a keen volunteer herself and has consistently been involved in volunteering opportunities, for example, she is currently Chair of Governors at Archbishop Tenison School in Oval.
Olivia’s favourite children’s book is: ‘My Naughty Little Sister’ by Dorothy Edwards.
